Services

M.B. Thomas compiles Health & Safety and Human Resource Systems that meet the requirements of the business. The consultant assigned to the client will ensure these systems are kept up-to-date and monitored correctly.

Periodic safety inspections will be undertaken and written reports will be submitted providing health and safety updates and recommendations.

Every 3 months clients receive a Health & Safety / Human Resource Newsletter giving information that is applicable to the business. We do not bombard clients with information that is not relevant to their business needs.

Protection

Our qualified team of consultants work closely with clients to adopt and implement effective policies and procedures; this approach ensures that we protect clients against claims concerning Health & Safety or Employment Disputes.
